Terms & Conditions
Effective from June 2026
1. General
These terms and conditions apply when you purchase from SA Möbler AB via www.samobler.se. They apply to consumers unless otherwise stated. For business customers, separate terms may apply as set out in a quote, order confirmation or separate agreement.
Purchases via the website are distance contracts governed by, among other legislation, the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) and the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).
2. Seller information
SA Möbler AB
Company registration number: 556213-3362
Kyrkefallavägen 3, 543 34 Tibro, Sweden
Email: info@samobler.se
Phone: 0504-198 00
Website: www.samobler.se
3. Ordering
When you place an order on samobler.se you are bound by your order. The contract is binding once we have confirmed your order. The order confirmation is provided in durable format as a downloadable PDF on the order confirmation page immediately after completing your purchase. Please save the order confirmation – it contains important information about your purchase, including withdrawal and complaint information.
We reserve the right to decline an order if a product is out of stock, if an obvious pricing error has occurred, or if the order cannot be fulfilled for another reason. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible.
Quote requests
A quote request is not binding for you or for us. A quote we send to you constitutes an offer that you may accept or decline. A contract for quote-based purchases is formed when you accept the quote and we confirm the order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices on the website are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. Any shipping cost is additional and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Orders on samobler.se are handled via invoice. When you complete an order, an order confirmation is created and an invoice is sent to your email address. Payment is made via bank giro according to the instructions on the invoice, with the payment term stated there. We do not currently offer card payment directly on the website.
If a product is incorrectly priced we will contact you before confirming the order. You then have the right to cancel the purchase at no cost.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Sweden. For international delivery, please contact us for a quote. Estimated delivery time is stated on the product page and/or in the order confirmation.
Furniture can be bulky and delivery is normally made by freight carrier to the specified delivery address. The exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
If an order contains multiple products, delivery may take place at different times. We will inform you if this is the case.
The risk of the goods passes to you when you have received them. As the seller, we bear the risk during transport for consumer purchases.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
The withdrawal period begins the day after you receive the goods. If the order has been delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins on the day you receive the last shipment.
You have the right to examine the goods in a way corresponding to what you could do in a physical shop. If the goods have been handled to a greater extent than necessary to assess their characteristics and function, we may deduct an amount for any reduction in value when making the refund.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Notify us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this via:
- Our digital withdrawal form: Cancel / withdraw from purchase or agreement
- Email info@samobler.se
- Phone: 0504-198 00
Please state your name, email address and order number. You will receive a confirmation from us that we have received your withdrawal notice.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured to your specific instructions or that have been clearly personalised for you. This may apply to, for example:
- Furniture with customer-specific dimensions
- Furniture with specially ordered colours, materials or surfaces
- Products with custom-printed or personally designed appearance
- Other customised or made-to-order products
If a product is made-to-order or customised, this will be clearly stated on the product page and during the ordering process. In such cases, you confirm at purchase that you understand the right of withdrawal does not apply.
8. Return shipping
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Furniture can be bulky and heavy, which may mean that return shipping involves a higher cost.
We cannot state an exact return cost in advance as it depends on the product size and weight, collection address and chosen transport method. Contact us at info@samobler.se or 0504-198 00 and we will help you estimate or arrange return shipping.
9. Refunds
We will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Refunds are normally made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any extra fees because of the refund method, unless you have explicitly agreed to this.
If you return goods that have decreased in value because they have been handled more than necessary, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value.
10. Complaints (statutory right)
As a consumer you have the right to make a complaint about original faults in the goods for three years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Please contact us within a reasonable time after noticing the fault. A complaint made within two months of noticing the fault is always considered to be within a reasonable time.
When making a complaint, always contact SA Möbler AB directly – not just the carrier. We will help you resolve the matter.
Contact us at info@samobler.se or 0504-198 00. Please describe the fault and attach photos if possible.
11. Damage in transit
Check your delivery when you receive it. If you notice visible transit damage, you should:
- Document the damage with photographs
- Keep the packaging if possible
- Contact SA Möbler AB as soon as possible
You should contact us as the seller in the first instance – we are responsible for ensuring the goods are delivered to you in sound condition and will assist you with the complaints process. We will handle contact with the carrier.
12. Made-to-order and customised products
SA Möbler offers the option to order furniture with customised dimensions, materials, colours or other customer-specific features. Such products are manufactured or adapted to order.
For made-to-order and customised products:
- The right of withdrawal does not normally apply (see section 7)
- Production begins after order confirmation
- Lead times may be longer than for stock items
- Payment terms may differ and will be set out in the quote or order confirmation
Contact us for more information about made-to-order products at info@samobler.se or 0504-198 00.
13. Business customers
These terms apply to consumers unless otherwise stated. For business customers, separate terms may apply as set out in a quote, order confirmation or separate agreement.
Consumer protection rules – such as the statutory right of withdrawal and the complaints provisions above – apply only to private individuals (consumers) unless otherwise agreed. For business customers, the Sale of Goods Act (1990:931) and the terms of the relevant quote or agreement apply.
14. Intellectual property
All content on the website – texts, images, logos, design and other material – belongs to SA Möbler AB or is licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use the content commercially without written permission.
15. Force majeure
SA Möbler AB is not liable for defects or delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, strikes, blockades, fires, transport disruptions or government decisions. If such circumstances arise, we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss appropriate solutions.
16. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Changes take effect from the date stated in the updated version. For orders already placed, the terms that were current at the time of ordering continue to apply.
The last update date is shown at the bottom of this page. We recommend that you review the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
17. Disputes and ADR
These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, we will always seek to resolve it amicably with you. Consumers have the right to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for free dispute resolution.
You may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
